Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

We had a different kind of girls' meet up this past Saturday. It was a day spent in fairy tale world full of color, balloons, confetti, and unicorns. Kids are by far, some of the most interesting beings. For a few minutes I saw Emily as a young woman, stepping in front of the lens as if she'd been doing it for years in Milan or New York. She was grace and peace all at once. Then we'd step into the unicorn room and Angie showed her regal side as Queen of the Unicorns - their benevolent leader. But three minutes later, they were back to being just kids; having a confetti and balloon fight, dancing to Disney's greatest hits.

It's refreshing to hang out with children. With energy so infectious, you can't help but wish you were jumping around as well. For now, we'll just be grateful we got to see such innocence first hand.

Thank you to The Montrose Studios for hosting us Saturday!!! The girls' had such a great time they brought confetti home even in their shoes ;)
